We tend to view God as an entity beyond our ability to comprehend and imagine. In mathematics there is a number that is a beyond our ability to comprehend and imagine called infinity. The phrase God is infinite has been frequently used in various literature. Interestingly, that phase is not to be found anywhere in the Bible. Is infinite a reasonable characterization of God? In this month’s Life, God, and the Universe blog entitled Is God Infinite?, we explore infinity as found in mathematics and physics and how it correlates with the characteristics of God as found in the Bible.
